RV booking sites often charge substantial fees plus many additional hidden costs that inflate your total. By booking directly with us, you bypass these third party platform fees entirely. This allows us to offer you a more transparent price and a significant savings on your RV rental, ensuring more of your budget goes towards your adventure!
You can book the RV by emailing us at hitchandgorvrentals@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form on our website. Our goal is to respond to booking inquiries within 1 business day, and we generally reply even quicker than that.
Renters are responsible for 25% of the booking total if cancelled up to 7 days before pickup, then 50% for the remaining days.

Yes, a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Our RV is available for pickup directly from us in Buckingham, VA. Detailed pickup instructions and the exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
The RV comes equipped with essential cookware and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals easily while on the road. For your coffee needs, we provide both a K-cup coffee machine and a brew coffee machine. Additionally, the RV is stocked with hand soap, kitchen towels, and toilet paper.
We understand pets are family! Well behaved, house trained pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25/night with a $250 refundable deposit.
For the health and safety of all renters, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV.
We do have a quiet generator avaiable for an additional $50 per night.
We ask that the RV be returned with propane tanks topped off and waste tanks emptied. We do offer an add on service if you'd like for us to take care of either of these.
A basic sweep/wipe down is appreciated, but our prep fee covers deep cleaning and sanitization. Full return instructions will be provided at pickup.
